• All custom orders are final sale
• No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless we mess up

d. Bring Your Own Fire (Responsibly)

• You must own the rights to any designs you submit
• Legal issues tied to your design = your responsibility

e. Imperfection = Real

• Slight variations happen — that’s part of the craft
• Not defects. Not grounds for returns.

f. If We Mess Up, We Fix It
